Sunder Energy interview questions

It was a very thorough interview process with lots of questions to make sure we were a good fit for each other. It lasted about 30 minutes. The question I remember the most was "What attribute about me would hinder my success the most?"

They primarily recruited through word of mouth. I didn’t see this posting on indeed. Rather from a friend. It is a 1099 full commission job so there is no base salary
