Interview
The process was really fast and efficient. It was all done remotely and everyone seemed extremely professional. They firstly ask about technical knowledge with some questions relating to the specific field. For me it was about BESS renewable systems.
Phone interview with Supervisor, Manager and Director of service department. Ask how you know the company, do you what the service engineer do? What have you done in renewable energy? What is expected of you with our company.

took 3 months to get hired on and hardly ever heard from the HR team, once i got a response from the team and found out i was hired it took them another week to send my offer letter
