I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrise Detox (Miami, FL) in July 2020
Interview
Online app, video interview, in-person interview....video interview was probably the most difficult mostly because you only have a limited amount of time and there’s not a lot of opportunity for making a mistake

Question 1
Why detox?
Background
How do you deal with difficult situations or patients?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sunrise Detox (Lake Worth, FL) in Dec 2021
Interview
Had to do an online video answering typical interview questions. They use a recruitment company that set me up for my in-person interview, but told me the wrong names of who would be interviewing me. During my interview I was asked my age, which I thought was illegal. Afterwards I was supposed to call the recruiter right away, but had a long drive home, so couldn't contact him right away. When I got home I received a message that I was not hired. I asked for feedback and was told that because I didn't call the recruiter right away, I was disqualified. The place seems very understaffed anyway. 1 RN to 20 patients...not a safe ratio for detox, in my opinion.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working in a detox facility?
I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrise Detox (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview was different than anything I've experienced in the past. Due to the new Covid normal, it was a one-sided video interview where questions popped up on the screen and I was recorded giving my answer within an allotted timeframe.
