I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living
Interview
Very straightforward interview process, though lengthy in the end. I applied online and received a call the next day - then it was several weeks from first interview to start date (had to re-wait for TB test, most healthcare places need a test done within the last year, some 6 months, theirs was 30 days - so even though I had JUST had one done, just over 2 months earlier, I had to redo it)
3 interviews were supposed to have been done (thankfully they had the Executive Director and Director of Sales able to meet at the same time), 3rd interview was with the Regional Director of Sales. That was about 2 weeks in between.
They do a lot of behavioural based interviewing, so looking for specific times/examples you had done ("when I met this angry person, this is how I reacted and what I did to diffuse the situation") instead of hypothetical answers ("if I was to meet an angry person, I would do this")

Question 1
How to you cope with high pressure/tight deadlines (with real life scenario)
The interview process was easy. Other staff were friendly and the questions were hard. I was pleasantly supplied as a interview for a similar company had much more difficult questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living (Yorba Linda, CA) in July 2023
Interview
Three interviews, including a group interview for a part time position. Overall experience was completely unprofessional and kept hearing how hard of a decision it was going to be but at the same time receiving negative feedback.
