I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living (New Brunswick, NJ) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very relaxed. The ladies made the very comfortable. Made the interview more like a conversation then strict back and forth questions. Very nice woman. Best advice to give was show a lot of personality and just be yourself.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living (Plymouth, MI) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online and was emailed with an interview time following day. Was interviewed by the Executive Director of the facility. She was very welcoming and didn't seem intimidating at all. But the interviewed seemed very unorganized and the Executive Director apologized for being so unorganized. It was me and one other applicant applying for the same position and she would ask us both the same questions but would often forget to let me or the other applicant answer the question thoroughly. She moved on way too quick and didn't really give me the chance to answer a handful of the questions. Even when she asked us if we had any other questions, she only gave enough time for the other applicant to ask a question and didn't give me the chance to ask questions. At the end of the interview, the Executive Director ended up giving us a small tour of the facility. About an hour and a half after the interview, received a text message letting me know they were headed in a different direction with the position.
