      I applied online. I interviewed at Sunstar Group (Schaumburg, IL) in Feb 2022

      Interview

      Interview process is slow. Many people were furloughed during pandemic; not a stable company. After interview, I felt that the company does not support for employees its development. 1. Phone screening - recruiter: Behavior questions, conversational interview. 2. HR manager - technical questions, ERP system, negotiation, etc. 3. Director - Seemed very old school management. No clear plan or vision for his department.
