1. Applied online on a Wednesday.
2. Interviewed by Recruiter for apx. 45 minutes on Thursday. Went well and was asked if I would do a 2nd phone interview on Friday morning with the potential supervisor. Said yes.
3. Interviewed by potential supervisor on Friday morning (apx. 9:30am). Went well. Was asked if I could come in at 12noon for a face to face at HQ.
4. Arrived early for interview. Did realize they were interviewing at least one other person ahead of me. Not a problem.
5. Did the first face to face. Was asked to stay for a 2nd face-to-face.
6. During the second face to face, the interview admitted that he/she did not have time to read my resume before the interview. Also, at the end of the interview, stated that the position required a certification. Was a bit taken aback, as the job description did not mention that a certification was required.
Felt that I was brought in to (A) show that they interviewed X number of people and (2) use of the "certification requirement" at the end was quite unethical.
