We are always happy when bright and talented individuals apply to our company. We do not have an office in KY however. Our interview process is comprehensive, but actually does not take too much time depending on the availability of the interviewee. We provide the convenience of phone interviews prior to bringing final candidates on-site, where we then have candidates interview with more than one individual on the same day so as to avoid a lengthy and inconvenient visit for each interviewer. We have gotten much positive feedback on the process and can easily hire the right individuals within a couple of weeks from the time of first contact!
