The whole process was very simple, good communication throughout. I didn't get offered the role I applied for but I still felt the whole process was soom and I was kept up to date the entire time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Supacolor (Matias Romero Avendano) in Mar 2023
Interview
Lo describo como muy acogedor y con personal muy amable y profesional a la hora de realizar preguntas acerca de mis ambiciones y de mis experiencias laborales pasadas, y habilidades interpersonales y de educación para desenvolverme en el ámbito de atención al cliente
I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Supacolor (Hawthorne, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Horrible, Unorganized, and Unprofessional. I went through 3 different interviews, four different HR people over a nine month long journey only to be given a culture/behavior assessment test with good results only to be ghosted once again. Unfortunately there seems to be no sound leadership at this company. I tried to overlook the other bad reviews for Supacolor, but nope they are spot on. Consistent rotating door and no solid vision of people & culture at this company as demonstrated by the lack of professional communication and the numerous contacts trying to take lead on HR. The role has been posted over 5 times during the last 9 months and is yet again posted under two different postings which already looks confusing. There is definitely a disconnect here and as disappointed as I was this may be a blessing in disguise. Be forewarned, bumpy road ahead if you want to work here.

Questions were basic and sounded like Erin was new to the role of HR.
