I applied online. I interviewed at Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro)
Interview
Basically there are multiple interviewers. They come to the room one by one. May have 15 min. gap between each interviewer. So you are expected to have around 2 hour long on-site interview. Ironically, the interviewers did not seem to take a look at your resume before bringing you to an interview. So don't be surprised you'll have some silent moments because they need to look at your resume for 2 or 3 min. during the process. The interviewers don't even know what position you are applying for...

Interview
Interview was very smooth. Direct manager asked straight to technical skills which I was very impressed and professional. They also stated that need to do OT which I didn't mind since its "take-turn"

Interview
Initial interview with manager. Once passed, moved to on site interview. Mostly listened to the manager talk about servers while nodding and agreeing with what was said. It did not seems like much technical acumen or intelligence is required for the job.

Interview
The interview was with at least 10 individuals all at once, in a small warm room. Not the best experience.
I should have known they were behind the times compared to the rest of Silicon Valley when no one in the room had heard of unlimited PTO.
Accepting their offer was not a good career move. I should have checked Glassdoor first!
