Applied online, then contacted via phone for a face-to-face interview with a manager. it was quite a standard interview, there weren't really any out of the ordinary questions. Manager addressed a few of the work conditions you will be facing and asked if you were comfortable knowing that. Questions included "What are your strengths" "Name a situation where you had to work with a difficult team member" and so on.
