It was a very odd and impertinent hiring process. I gave them my availability for times I could interview during the Indeed application process. They called me randomly during that time, with a number unknown to me expecting me to pick up, leaving me a voice message saying something along the lines of "I thought you were avaialble from this time to this time, but you didnt pick up!" Usually you set a time and day for a phone interview via email, so I just found that odd. I called them back immediately, after getting out the shower and checking my phone.
During the 2nd interview they didn't introduce themselves by last names or their roles in the company, I just had to ask at the end of the interview. I thought it odd that the final interview was a phone call and not a video chat, but that's probably just me. The interview tone itself was bland and kind of no nonsense. No getting to know the other person or light humor/asking about interests even when I tried to break through to them. Just awkwardly serious/slightly rude or impatient tone.
They never gave me a follow up after the interview, I just noticed them reposting again on indeed for the same position and that's when I knew they had moved on.
The entire hiring process was interesting. I think even if I had received an offer, due to the discourtesy of it all, I probably would have declined.
