Interview
The interview was very short, around 15 minutes. The interviewer didn’t seem engaged or supportive during the conversation — it felt like they were going through the process just because they had to. There were no technical or in-depth questions, and the discussion stayed very superficial. It didn’t feel like a fair chance to demonstrate my experience or technical abilities. I got the impression that the decision was made before the interview even started, which was disappointing.

Interview
Interview process consisted of 3 stages. First, it was a brief meeting with Department Manager and Senior Developer to introduce yourself. Second, it was an HR meeting covering previous employments, experiences and employment related topics. At last, it was a technical overview where a task was given. What was asked from the candidate was to communicate the way of thinking and planning out loud.

Have you got any prior experience with WPF? Since it's one of the main technologies in the stack that is used, it's crucial to be familiar with it.
Good interview process, lots of discussions with key people and gained a clear understanding of the role and expectations. They dedicated a lot of time to me and the process to answer all of my questions.
