Got a call from HR and went in for interview. Straight forward. Nice conversation. Went through my CV and experience to date. After this we went through the shop and the different departments.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer
I applied online for the job on the SuperValu website. A few days after I sent my CV and application form, I received an email with a job interview offer in the store. I then had an interview and was emailed the next day to notify me that I didn't get the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SuperValu Ireland (Cork) in June 2021
Interview
Really straight forward. Met with the checkout manager and went to an office. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable straight away. Talked through my CV and previous experience. Lasted about 15-20 minutes. I heard back the next day
