Interview
Easy straightforward interview. Sometimes there was a small work environment meaning based on the demand, determines the amount of employees needed, 150 people at the most so getting hired was not a challenge or competitive. The hiring process lasted about 30 minutes so overall, if you do an amazing job, the company hires you on the spot.
