I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Superbike Factory (Castle Donington, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
Approached by an external recruiter Craig Davenport, an absolutely fantastic coach!! He guided me through the interviews and made sure I do my best. The first stage was a Teams video interview with the talent pool manager Daniel. It was a completely different interview than i had before. Really engaging and professional, interested in what I wanted to say.
After that Craig helped me iron out the little mistakes I made and got invited for a personal interview with Kate at the Jobsite. It was yet again a highly professional and really positive experience. She showed me around and had valuable questions, and made sure feel good and welcomed. After that a few hours later knew I was hired.
I believe if they are so organized and professional about what they doing, that means, this is the place I really want to be!!!!
Starting next week march 2022.

Question 1

Interview

You get to see the site and they inform you of the key areas of the business and exciting plans they have coming up and how you could potentially be involved in this
