firstly a telephone interview which is about 10-15 minutes with recruitment advisor. This was then followed by an online interview about 20 minutes. Then a face-to-face interview with the regional manager

Introduction to the company, discussed job specifications, Introducing myself, competency based questions and salary expectations/discussion, discussed staffing and training, company benefits and bonus discussed. The entire interview took about 1 hour.

Interview
Interview process was fine, had a virtual interview with scenario based questions which weren't too hard. Standard pharmacy / management questions: time-management, prioritisation, conflict with staff / patients. They allowed you to record the answer and then re-record if you weren't happy with response. Following a successful first virtual stage, I then had a 1:1 with the Regional Pharmacy Manager.

Standard pharmacy / management questions: time-management, prioritisation, conflict with staff / patients. Not too difficult to answer. Ensure to ask about benefits prior to ending interviews as these weren't outlined to me until i explicitly asked.
