Interview
Very relaxed and simple, with the interviewer willing to help you along with questions if you weren't entirely sure of the answer. There is a section when you must talk to customers on the shop floor to make sure you are comfortable greeting and interacting with strangers. Very friendly atmosphere.
If you have had experience in customer service it will be fine, if not could be difficult as questions are based on times you’ve dealt with things obviously you can make it up

it was quick, the person was very friendly and felt like a casual conversation rather than an interview. there was multiple people in the room having separate interviews. however i have not heard back and its been a week and they said they would call me back

tell me about yourself, tell me a time you worked as part of a team, do you shop here and are you familiar with the shop, do you know about cosmetics and if not are you willing to learn about cosmetics
Asked basic interview questions (tell me about yourself etc). The interviewer was nice and made it seem less stressful. Definitely know a bit about the place before the interview as it helps
