I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Superhuman in Jan 2022
Interview
I had a great interview experience with Grammarly. Mark, my recruiter, was proactive about keeping me informed on timelines and when to expect decisions, which kept the whole process (relatively) stress free. After the initial round of interviews, he also helped setup several informational interviews on short notice to accommodate my schedule. The process was a initial phone screen, take-home and then 5-6 1:1 interviews (virtual on-site). Enjoyed speaking with everyone at the virtual on-site as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Two of the interviews focused on past experience (walk through each experience chronologically and describe successes/failures/learnings).
Overall great experience with the grammarly data team. I had a pretty standard data science interview questions, including product case, data manipulation, experiment/ab testing etc. The interviewers were very friendly.

Started with recruiter call then live coding technical section on SQL but without any data to actually work with. Then there was a business problem/case study section where the interviewer asked questions. Seemed more like an analyst interview versus data scientist

Question 1
SQL questions without actual data to work with, joining multiple tables to calculate things
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman (Düsseldorf) in June 2024
Interview
Grammarly's interview process is amongst the best I have experienced. Although there were a lot of them (7 in total), they were scheduled efficiently and feedback was also given in a timely manner.

Question 1
All of the interview questions were reasonable and practical. There weren't any unreasonable trick questions.
