The engagement and people were all for the most part friendly. However, the process took well over a month, and were very odd choices for interview style. I did not get the position, but that is not the reason for the negative review. The reason is how long it took, the time they expected you to put into each interview, and strange formats of each interview. I believe they take themselves a bit too seriously...
