I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman (San Francisco, CA) in July 2024
Interview
I started by attending a networking event thrown by the sales organization. From the jump, I knew this company would be a top choice. The interview process was exemplary of that fact. I felt valued, heard, and challenged in the best way possible. Each step of the way, each intro to new leadership, solidified my choice to work for Grammarly.

Question 1
How do you see Grammarly helping you achieve your career goals?
It was brief and 4 stages. I was gotten back to pretty quickly. I didn't get the job because of me saying the wrong thing in the final steps. Not the hardest interview, just looking for specific answers.

Interview
I recently went through the hiring process for a BDR role and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The recruiter provided incredible guidance, keeping me updated with clear instructions and timely feedback at every stage.
What stood out most was the team I met during the interview process. Every conversation felt authentic and collaborative, which made me feel comfortable and even more excited about the mission. It’s rare to find a process that is this organized while still feeling so human. I’m thrilled to be joining such a thoughtful and high-performing team!

Interview process was was demanding, extensive, yet very clear & smooth. Coordination/communication between TA team was concise & digestible the entire way. 4 rounds in total, recruiter screener, mock cold call with 2 managers/alongside behavioral questions. Final round is broken into 2 parts, on the same day. 30 minutes with Manager A, 30 min break & 20 minutes with an AE manager. Everyone was so personable, human & culutre seems great overall.
