Superior Diesel (WI) interview questions

1 phone screen with HR. then on site interview scheduled. Only provided name of hiring manager, with ambiguity being provided of - a few others who may interview as well... The topics ranged from behavioral which is typical to drifting far off the role I was interviewing for to the point of little prep. I was asked about new strategic direction rather than the supporting role I was interviewing for. Good luck.
