Interviewed for a job I more than qualified for. The pressroom manager even acknowledged that I was qualified for the job. He took me on a plant tour. Then hiring manager had me take assessment test. Which I taught I did well on. after test was told to expect a call from HR within a day. It's been over three weeks with no response back . I even sent a follow up email. the process took about 2 or more hours of my time

a bunch of questions unrelated to my field. I was asked if I spoke Espanyol ?
