Asked very basic questions, one of the hardest was open ended, why should we hire you? That should be no problem to answer for anyone prepared. You get a phone call, then you go to the bank and interview in person with 2 people

Interviewing manager was very knowledgeable in his field and asked many detail oriented questions directly related to the Operations of the Bank. Afterwards, I just had to wait for the background and credit checks to come back.
