After checking in at the front desk, every applicant was told to wait to be called individually and was asked a series of questions, mostly related to accounting, to test the applicant's knowledge in the field in the First Round then would be shortlisted and called again a few days later based on such performance. I've just cleared the 1st round and have been shortlisted for the 2nd Round.
