This was a three step interview process in which each step quizzed me on different parts of my personality and also my dedication and desire to work at this company. The first interview was to get to know me and my personality, the second was to see how I did with in person interaction and how I quickly I reacted to certain questions, then lastly the third interview was my offer interview.
