Interview
I was very excited when I received the phone call just a couple of hours after applying! I was very intrigued in the culture of the company and was very hopeful! Upon arrival I was very shocked at the lack of diversity amongst the staff(at least from what I saw) I was met by an HR representative who seem uninterested and her “positive” demeanor was forced! The interview was very rushed, and started by her asking question before sitting down and looking at me face to face! The documentation they asked for was not looked over nor accepted by the interviewer! I knew then I wasn’t getting the job! The vibe was completely off which lead to the feeling of being uneasy and unwanted! My cousin who is also of color expressed similar feelings!

Interview
Took a while to start interview, but once it started it went by quickly. The lady who interviewed me was very sweet! Questions were very easy to answer and the whole process took about 5 minutes.

Indeed Video Interview was set up through the Indeed website. The interviewer left me in the waiting room for 30 minutes and even though the number of people in line ahead of me went down the time always said it would be a 15-minute wait.

Interview
The Zoom meeting link I was sent did not. I immediately reached out and was provided a new meeting link, which also did not work. Due to time/ tight scheduling, I was told they would need to reschedule my interview. That was on Friday. Then Monday morning I received an email stating the position had been filled.
