They have conducted a test through workshop and selected the candidates. And the selected candidate's will go through 2 internships which is around 2-3 months each .And the internship 1 will also have assessments to reach second internship. It mostly depends on your performance. And in the second internship you will be given a project too.

HR Screening A short phone or video call. Questions about your background, experience, and salary expectations. 4. Technical Interview In-depth discussion of your technical skills. Coding test, system design, or problem-solving (for IT roles). Industry-specific questions. 5. Managerial or Panel Interview Discussion with team leads or senior managers. Scenario-based questions. Behavioral questions (teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution). 6. HR Interview Final round to discuss company culture, benefits, and expectations. Negotiation of salary and joining date. 7. Offer Letter & Onboarding If selected, you receive a formal offer. Onboarding process begins.
