Their process was 1, Recruiter screen, 2. Senior recruiter, 3. QA Manager, 4. Take home assessment 5. Technical review of assessment. 6. VP/CTO meeting.
The recuriting team was pretty good, although their interview process is entirely too long with too many steps. The assessment itself is flawed, has multiple issues and poor instructions. I received no feedback to what was wrong with my approach to their assessment, except a generic thanks for your time email from the recuriting team. Overall, a waste of time.
