Standard interview process with poor communication and virtually no follow-up.
There was no up-front communication by the job poster - what to expect or any details of the job role besides the 3 bullet points mentioned in the ad.
The first contact was also with minimal information, asking to book a meeting with the hiring manager.
After booking the appointment, the hiring manager reschedulled it few minutes before the interview start, stating that there was some conflict in his agenda / different priorities.
The first interview was 30 minutes only. Upon finishing the interview, there was no indication of what the next steps are and an expected timeline.
I followed up a week after with the hiring manager who said that they are still having some interviews and will come back to me in another week's time.
Of course, that didn't happen.
Overall seemed very disorganised, and a bad experience
