Interview
Got contacted by HR; After a 30 min conversation, I was scheduled for a second 30 min interview with the manager. HR and manager interviews went well and I though that was it. We got along and had some good conversation, We agreed that we were all on the same page and that my experience could contribute to the team. Oddly enough I then had another 45 min interview scheduled with the CEO and what happened was exactly like all the other reviews on here say, He was judgmental and interrogative, It was as if he had some type of micro managing personal issues and couldn't even let the team managers make their own decisions. The company really just wasted everyone's time and all this could have been avoided if I had talked to the CEO first since he will just ask you a dozen unrelated, ridiculous behavioral questions while his demeanor and body language suggests that he doesn't understand why you are there in the first place. I've been on many interviews in my life and this one was seriously the most awkward one I have ever had. If groveling for approval with this guy is part of fitting in with their 'culture' I highly suggest that you spend your time on more constructive endeavors besides trying to get a controlling, socially challenged CEO to like you.

Interview
Recruiter ok, she also scheduled a panel interview about a week after 1st phone interaction. During panel interview - hiring manager ok, but the CEO’s behavior and interpersonal skills were awful. I agree with other interviewers on here, speaking to the CEO made me feel like I was being interrogated, he kept making sounds like hmm - like he wasn’t trusting my answers. Very weird. This interview definitely confirmed that I wouldn’t want to be a part of the company with such terrible culture - at least that’s what I took away from this panel interview.
