Please do not waste your time interviewing with them. As others have described they make you go through these stages and talk nice but are quite superficial and definitely manipulative. The guys that called me were not knowledgable and didn't know what to ask other than plagiarized questions from the internet. After a couple of rounds of toying with them I just said that "After 15 years of deploying ML in production it takes me less than 30 mins of general coversation to profile a candidate and know what they can do. I'm sorry but this you guys need to up your game. Thank you". That was it.
