The interview itself was great--long enough to have a good discussion about the job and the company, but not needlessly long. The interviewer was nice and seemed enthusiastic about the company. However, after following up twice via email, I received no contact after being told I would be notified about next steps. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the unwillingness to send even a single email response is disappointing, especially since I was genuinely excited about the opportunity.
