I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
I had a phone screening first with an HR person, when I was asked some probability questions and simple brainteasers. Then I was invited to their offices in Dublin. I had an interview there with three traders, two of which were very supportive and one was clearly negative. The interview lasted a couple of hours. The questions were purely quantitative, some to see how fast one can do calculations, some more brainteasers and some technical ones (on options, but simple stuff) since I had a relevant degree. There were several playing card questions, because the company loves poker as educational tool. Then another couple of weeks passed until I got an offer.
