first a phone interview by HR. Mostly fit question like why SIG? why this position? Second round phone interview had more technical questions and lasted around 45 minutes. I didnt make it to the next round.

Interview
I attended the 2024 Sophomore Discovery Day program, which already included a resume screen, online assessment, and short call with a recruiter. Thus, I began the 2025 recruiting process with a 30 minute phone call with a trader. There were a couple of questions to get to know you and then 2 math/game theory questions. It seemed very important to get the right answer and less focused on the approach.

Interview
Online digital test (probability, logic, graph) and a telephone interview. The numerical test questions were mostly on the basis of probabilities. Nothing very complex. It requires above all logic and knowledge of basic theorems.
