- Strong recruitment process, lacking transparency at the end -
The process consisted of seven interviews over several weeks for a Senior Talent Acquisition (Tech Recruiter) role, as well as a take-home assessment that had to be prepared in advance and presented to the interview panel. I met with recruiters, hiring managers, senior HR leaders, and the Global Head of HR. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and engaged throughout, and communication during most of the process was very good.
The interviews covered my recruitment experience, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, relocation motivation, career aspirations, and the take-home assessment.
After the final interview, I was informed that the hiring strategy had changed and that my application would not be progressing. Two days later, I noticed that very similar roles had been reposted. I subsequently reached out to request additional feedback and greater transparency regarding the decision, but I did not receive a response. Given the length of the process, the time invested in preparing and presenting the take-home assessment, and the discussions that had taken place regarding a potential offer and compensation, I would have appreciated greater transparency and consistency around the final decision.
