First round interview is 20 min quiz with 16 questions. A lot of Bayes theorem. Not hard but very time intensive. Questions get harder as they go on so answer early Qs quickly

Lots of easy rounds, easy final round unclear how they differentiate between candidates. People are very pleasant, amazing office (philly), but interview process is weird, they should ask harder questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin)

Fairly enjoyable, a few math questions but mostly general market awareness and behavioural. 3 rounds, first is with HR, then with analyst and the final round is with the head of the team.
