I was contacted by a recruiter. The process was very straightforward and easy. It lasted roughly three weeks due to holidays and availability. 1st interview was w/HR (basic questions about work history and high-level details about the role). 2nd interview was with the Department Lead. Very conversational. Several behavioral questions and examples of experience specific to technology. Communication was excellent and respectful throughout. I would consider interviewing with SIG again if presented with the right opportunity.
