Interview
A few HR and general cv questions in the first round of interviews. Then around 5 or 6 pretty straight forward probability questions. For example, a lot of expected values and conditional probability. Make sure you know Bayes Theorem as well. The second round of interviews was similar but harder. More questions on the cv, talking about results and sporting background. Previous work experience I had done before and some initiative based questions. The quantitative questions were a lot harder. Options and hedging came up a good bit. A few brainteasers also.

Question 1
First part,we are playing Russian roulette, with a standard 6-chamber revolver. I put two bullets in adjacent chambers, spin, point the gun at my head, and pull the trigger. Click. I'm still alive. It's now your turn, and I hand the gun to you, and give you two choices.
Would you rather, assuming you want to live,
a) Re-spin, aim at your own head and pull the trigger.
b) Do not spin, aim at your own head, and pull the trigger
Second part, given I spun - what is the probability of me dying this time?

Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions

Phone Call with Australia office HR (General motivational question) for screening purposes. Once you get through this round, interview with US HR(Motivational + Technical). The questions that I got for the technical interview can all be found on glassdoor.
