Interview
It's a walk in interview. We have to submit the resume first and just a face to face conversation with the HR. After that they will tell that if you are really interested just make a call to us. We will give the offer letter.
To Arrange for an interview, Compsny HR personnel informed that an amount of Rs 15000 to be paid along with submission of original certificates, which would have been better if the charges towards recruiting the employee wpuld have been charged from the 1st salary.

Firstly they did the basic questioning. Then they checked our voice quality. After then the main interveiw why i m here and how i am going to performe if i m select.
