Swarco interview questions

The interview process started with an easy going phone call to ensure alignment followed by a knowledge assessment and mini teach of my own choosing. After this i sat on a panel with the other instructor where I was asked questions on experience and why I wanted to join

Fluid, however took a while to hear back. There was a small technical survey but no written test which is a bonus. Got to speak to a few of the members of management I would be working with directly as well.
