Was a very straight-forward interview process, They contacted me a few days after I applied on their website. After the in-person interview, they let me know that they'd reach back out by the following week... Well, it's a whole month later and I have heard NOTHING. Absolute WASTE OF TIME. Extremely disrespectful and WILDLY unprofessional. Why is this the new standard in applying for jobs? It's entirely too frustrating that these recruiters and hiring managers feel WAY too comfortable doing this. IT'S BASIC COURTESY. They expect it from a prospective employee, so why not from the employer? Thank goodness for a site like Glassdoor where I can warn others about this company and many others like it.
In conclusion, not at all "hospitable" if you ask me. This company has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding them at all costs in the future, whether it be professionally or at the theatre. Thankfully, I got offered an entirely better job with a better wage, so, guess everything happens for a reason.
