Interviewed by 3 people who did not have a clue about Project Management. Very disorganised
Didn’t look professional. One of them liked the sound of their own voice and drowned the others out. One seemed nice and supportive. The other seemed away with the fairies

Interview
Prior to the interview they required a fairly in-depth application form to be completed - including details of how their core values align to your own and more general information. During the initial phone interview my general personality was assessed and during the second my skills were tested.
