The interview process was quick and easy, and they made it less formal than other interviews I’ve been to, creating a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that helped me express myself confidently and genuinely throughout the conversation.
Barely needed qualifications only gave schedule and academic experiences to show you are successful and capable of meeting the minimum hours and criteria. Training is discussed cause they do require a couple of days before to do it

It was quick and easy not sure if it's the same. The person interviewing me was nice and friendly. They just want to know if you are fit for a job as a lifeguard.
