The interview process was very quick, I was able to meet with most people on the client team I'd be working with. Bring examples of work and examples of passion projects.

Question 1
If creative doesn't understand your brief, what are the next steps you do after the briefing?
I applied online. I interviewed at Swift Agency (Portland, OR)
Interview
I was asked to meet with a few folks and had some reschedules. Some interviewers seemed a bit sidetracked and spaced out. One interview was scheduled for 45 minutes but the interviewer had to leave after 30. After completing rounds with no word for a couple of weeks, I reached out to see the status/what was happening with the role and asked for feedback. Later, I received a generic rejection response from an automated account. I didn't realize it'd be so challenging to be told no by a human.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swift Agency (Portland, OR) in Aug 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview, I didn't even apply but she contacted me via Linkedin and I was open to new roles. She missed our first two scheduled interviews--left waiting on zoom calls for her to arrive and had to take time off to accommodate. She apologized both times but it was unfortunate. After what I felt was a solid interview in which she directly communicated that she'd be in touch later that afternoon to schedule my next interview with the hiring manager, she ghosted me. Sent a followup email thanking her again for her time an hour later and checked in multiple times there after and nothing. I understand that they must've moved ahead with other candidates, but the lack of honest communication and follow through says a lot. Not even faulting the recruiter individually, but she either isn't given adequate support for her role or they simply don't value candidates time.
