I interviewed at Swift Shift (New York, NY) in July 2017
Interview
Applied online received a call a few hours later from a bright young lady. I believe she was maybe the hiring managers assistant she never stated her title.
She asked a few questions pertaining to my previous experience as well as my current salary.
She then sent me a Google calendar invite for another preliminary phone interview for 4:30 the next day.
I sent her a thank you email stating I received the Google invite and thanking her for her time.
I then received an email at 9:30 am the following morning cancelling my call for later.
The email said that they weren't going forward with my application .
What a total waste of time if I didn't meet the criteria from the initial phone interview why setup another phone interview for the next day . Why waste anymore of my time or the companies resources . Thank You for having me do homework on your company all night and prepare for a phone interview to receive a rather curt and frank email in the morning .

I interviewed at Swift Shift in early 2016. I did a phone screen and met several times in person at their office in Palo Alto, CA. I was asked about my past experience, skill set, design philosophy, and given an overview of the company and their value proposition.
