Call them up if you pass background check your in drive test after that, if you don't have a cdl they will "train" you, haven't been through their training but if you need a cdl
The interview was okay. The people in office was mostly great. A good starter company.if starting out this is good you can choose the lane you will like to run

Lots of paperwork ! And videos! Overall good process! Went very fast and they were organized! Started at 7 and ended at 5! Lots of new faces! Just waiting on a call from my mentor
