First you have to take a test which checks your language skills and you are selected only if you pass this test. This is done through an online test and post that we will have interview with the HR.

Interview
Group discussion followed by interview (2 rounds) and then HR rounds. Shortlist based on the resumes of the applicants. Difficulty is moderate. Resume shortlistinf is probably done based on relevant experience related to e commerce or food industry
