Technical amplitude test, personality test, background check. What if scenarios over the phone. Took a tour of the warehouse and all the stations explaining what you will be doing and as to why you may be moved to this station on the fly.

Interview
2 Interviews, one is one-on-one with HR rep. It was awkward and it's a pretty deep interview for a pretty easy job.
The second interview is a group interview where you make boxes then sort UPC's... this is where they weed out people who can't use tape guns or recognize differences in long strings of numbers.

They asked what I would bring to a deserted island - I've been asked this question several times in school and they are not looking for answers that will get you rescued, but for you to respond with things that will keep you busy and not bored on this deserted island. ?
