Interview
Interview process was lengthy but it was full of insghtful questions. Candidates are also supposed to make a presentation to the panel and an analytics test has to be passed. Process starts with a telephonic round and ends with the final face to face round. entire process for me took 1 month. There are 5 stages of the interview, including telephonic round.

The interview process was good. The interviewer scanned resume and asked questions based on projects/ previous work experience, was adjusting to the pace and direction of the interview, and was not rude.
Sono anni che cercano una persona per la posizione. Prevedono una iniziale prova pratica (molto difficile), da eseguire in massimo due giorni e nei software da loro indicati. Seguono poi colloqui altrettanto selettivi.

Interview
A person with clear analytical mind and good knowledge of insurance/ profile offered can easily get through. There might be many technical questions. Need to present your answers with positive mind even if you don't know the answers for the questions.
